About the Role
The Mace consultancy BIM team sits within Mace Consult, assisting clients, projects and senior managers with maintaining requirements and information standards. They support the development and management of processes within a common data environment and aim to improve the delivery of the information management function. The role focuses on understanding, developing and implementing ISO19650 processes from assessment through to project close‑out, including how information is produced and assured for digital delivery. The successful candidate will read, understand and support the delivery of all Mace process and procedure guides while learning the fundamentals of authoring information. They will perform daily quality assurance checks on documents and data, processing them according to project protocols. Close collaboration with the Mace project manager and design teams ensures procedural compliance, and liaison with clients, designers and contractors spans the entire project lifecycle. Security protocols for viewing and issuing information will be monitored, and occasional support will be provided to teams producing and checking the information model. • Support delivery of Mace process and procedure guides • Perform daily quality assurance checks on documents and data • Collaborate with project managers and design teams on procedural compliance • Liaise with clients, designers and contractors throughout the project lifecycle • Monitor security protocols for viewing and issuing information • Provide occasional support to information model production and checking
