About the Role

The Senior Project Executive role at Cushman & Wakefield is focused on coordinating a range of projects, including small tenant improvements, capital upgrades, and building or site repairs. This position may also provide project management support to Project Managers or Directors for designated initiatives. The role involves assisting staff on specific sites to identify requirements, estimate costs, develop schedules, and ensure timely completion of work. It also includes participation in building evaluations, preparation of audit reports, and assisting in the selection and contracting of consultants and contractors. • Review requisitions, change orders, payment applications and other invoices associated with the project. • Support staff responsible for specific sites to identify requirements, estimate costs, prepare schedules, and coordinate completion of required work. • Participate in building evaluations (due diligence reviews) and assist with preparation of physical audit reports. • Assist in the selection and contracting process of consultants and construction contractors as necessary for each project. • Issue regular status reports to personnel regarding work in progress. • Obtain buy‑in and appropriate approval for organizational changes, project plans and expenditures exceeding the approved budget. • Perform related assignments as required in the daily operation of the group.

What You Bring

Key competencies required are client focus, multitasking, strong organizational and time‑management abilities, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a collaborative team orientation. Applicants must have at least a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, building construction, or a related technical field is preferred. A minimum of two years of experience in architecture, construction, or project management is also desired. • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, building construction or related field preferred. • Minimum of 2 years prior experience in architecture, construction, or project management field preferred.
