About the Role

The Janitorial Lead Cleaner (Section Lead) will oversee the evening cleaning operations in High Point, NC. This hands‑on leader guides a section of the crew, ensuring tasks are completed to high standards while maintaining a clean and safe environment. The role involves coordinating work flow, mentoring staff, and reporting to management. • Supervise and support a section of the cleaning crew during shift. • Assign daily cleaning duties and coordinate workflow to meet quality standards. • Communicate clearly with team members and report progress or issues to management. • Train and mentor new janitorial staff and guide proper procedures and equipment use. • Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal. • Clean restrooms, common areas, and break rooms thoroughly and efficiently. • Ensure supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained and stored properly. • Conduct quality checks throughout shift to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met. • Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment. • Identify and report maintenance issues, supply shortages, or safety hazards. • Help enforce company policies and maintain a professional work environment.

What You Bring
