What You Bring
The company is seeking experienced Area Managers for locations in Nuriootpa, Loxton, Murray Bridge and Naracoorte to lead the Maintenance Delivery Team and subcontractors on a new contract. The role includes managing maintenance planning, estimating, resourcing, mobilisation, administration and monitoring the execution of improvement, periodic and routine maintenance activities cost‑effectively. • Minimum 5 years experience in civil or maintenance operations, including multi‑crew or area management. • Hold a White Card and a C‑class driver’s licence; diploma in Civil Construction or Project Management is desirable. • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of civil maintenance, strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, financial management and proficiency with business systems. • Exhibit operational leadership, customer focus, quality orientation, resilience and collaboration.
