About the Role
The primary purpose of the position is to perform a wide range of plumbing services for commercial customers while promoting the sale of additional services. This role ensures reliable plumbing operations and supports client satisfaction. • Install, maintain, inspect, operate, and repair commercial plumbing systems. • Identify and correct electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and safety issues. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and electrical/plumbing requirements. • Estimate service costs and provide detailed invoices to clients. • Deliver excellent customer service by advising clients on repairs and improvements. • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schematics. • Apply advanced knowledge of local plumbing and gas codes and related tools/materials. • Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company driving standards.

What You Bring
• Diagnose and efficiently resolve plumbing problems. • Possess at least 5 years of commercial plumbing experience and a Journeyman Plumbing license. • Demonstrate expertise in gas/electric water heater installation, hot water and steam boiler servicing, and sewer cleaning equipment. • Exhibit a strong service‑sales background and represent company offerings.
