About the Role
The Senior Acquisition Intelligence Integration Analyst will serve as a subject‑matter expert for the International Acquisition Directorate. The role integrates validated intelligence, market data, and acquisition trends to create actionable insights that shape Army Foreign Military Sales, armaments cooperation, and international acquisition strategies. Collaboration with HQDA G‑2, NGIC, DIA, and other Intelligence Community elements is essential for strategic alignment and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include analyzing intelligence from HQDA G‑2, NGIC, DIA and other IC sources to assess threats, competitor capabilities and global defense trends; conducting market research on defense industry trends and emerging technologies; evaluating partner nations’ capabilities, industrial capacity and sustainment readiness; and identifying supply‑chain risks and foreign dependencies. The analyst will develop reports, assessments and briefings that translate intelligence into decision‑ready insights for Army leaders, support capability alignment by synthesizing partner demand signals, and maintain liaison with IC partners and industry to stay informed on emerging technologies. • Analyze intelligence from HQDA G‑2, NGIC, DIA and other IC sources to assess threats and competitor capabilities. • Conduct market research on defense industry trends and emerging technologies for FMS and armaments programs. • Evaluate partner nations’ military capabilities, industrial capacity, sustainment readiness, and supply‑chain risks. • Produce decision‑ready reports, assessments and briefings for Army leaders and program managers. • Synthesize partner demand signals with threat‑informed analysis to identify co‑production, MRO and technology insertion opportunities. • Maintain liaison with intelligence community elements and industry stakeholders to ensure intelligence integrity and alignment.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and possess at least five years of relevant experience, an active Secret security clearance, and experience with capability analysis, market intelligence and threat assessments. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, strong written and verbal communication skills, proven ability to work in fast‑paced environments, direct experience at NGIC or DIA, familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, and knowledge of advanced intelligence tools such as GEOINT and SIGINT. • Hold a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant experience, and an active Secret clearance. • Preferred: master’s degree, strong communication skills, experience at NGIC or DIA, familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and advanced intelligence tools (GEOINT, SIGINT).
