About the Role
The ES Territory Executive II • E&P focuses on direct sales and relationship management for both new and existing customers, providing oilfield waste services and overseeing treatment, recovery, and disposal facilities, engineered landfills, and salt water disposal injection wells. Key responsibilities include maintaining long‑term relationships with key decision makers, expanding service offerings to increase customer penetration, and creating detailed customer plans that outline opportunities, risk ratings, and growth strategies. The role requires building a robust pipeline through proactive outreach and strategic networking, understanding customer operations and regulatory requirements to design customized environmental solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer goals.

What You Bring
The executive must maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s services, pricing structures, and CRM platforms, use the CRM daily to document activities and track leads, stay aware of market and competitive trends, and complete required agreements, proposals, and onboarding forms promptly. Qualifications include technical knowledge of environmental solutions and regulatory compliance, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce, and 2–4 years of experience in oilfield waste management, environmental services, or drilling fluids, plus a valid driver’s license.
