About the Role
During the launch phase, the trainer supports the creation of structured local training standards, embeds governance frameworks, and ensures consistent delivery of HSEQ processes. Responsibilities include delivering MHE operation standards, onboarding new employees, providing cover for the Supervising Manager, liaising with all departments, and collaborating with HR. The trainer also processes training documentation, supports regional training activities, and guarantees alignment with DP World’s training frameworks. • Establish structured local training standards and embed governance frameworks during the launch phase. • Deliver company standards for MHE operation and HSEQ training. • Conduct onboarding training for new employees on QHSE standards. • Provide coverage and support to the Supervising Manager for HSEQ trainings and retrainings. • Liaise with all company departments to ensure smooth cooperation. • Support senior staff and management development through training. • Advise management on training and education matters. • Collaborate with HR and process training documentation. • Support regional training activities and maintain flexibility across the business. • Ensure all training aligns with DP World’s standards and frameworks.

What You Bring
DP World is seeking HSEQ Launch Trainers for its contract logistics operations across Europe. The role involves delivering quality and HSE training at each site, covering both existing and new business according to company standards. Candidates may be based anywhere in Europe and must be willing to travel frequently across the region. • Minimum 5 years operational experience in logistics, automotive, or ports & terminals with training duties. • Expert knowledge of SOPs or SSOW and basic quality, HSE, and 5S standards. • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. • Training or teaching qualification (preferred) and Train‑the‑Trainer certification (preferred). • Proven understanding of HSE and quality standards.
