About the Role

In this position you will guide and support a team of five to ten Electrical Leads and Designers delivering custom electrical build prints. You will champion development excellence to meet client, code, and internal standards, and lead team discussions and build reviews to clarify scope, share insights, and encourage collaboration. Partnering with customers, you will confirm build needs, capture feedback, and communicate updates while coordinating team priorities, distributing work, and maintaining clear visibility on schedules. You will also mentor team members, help them overcome challenges, review final electrical prints for quality, and collaborate across Engineering, Project Management, and Production to strengthen communication. • Guide and support a team of 5‑10 Electrical Leads and Designers to deliver custom electrical build prints. • Champion development excellence, ensuring compliance with client, code, and internal standards. • Lead team discussions and build reviews to clarify scope, share insights, and foster collaboration. • Partner with customers to confirm build needs, capture feedback, and communicate updates. • Coordinate team priorities, distribute work, and maintain clear visibility on schedules. • Mentor team members, helping them overcome challenges and stay aligned with project goals. • Review final electrical prints for quality before release. • Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, and Production to strengthen cross‑department communication.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, or possess equivalent experience with electrical build or field work. At least two years of experience leading or supporting a technical team in engineering, construction, or manufacturing is required, with three to five years as a Master/Journeyman Electrician or Technical People Leader preferred. Hands‑on experience with electrical systems, strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, and solid people‑leadership abilities—including mentoring, conflict resolution, and trust building—are essential. A proven track record of setting priorities, managing workloads, and holding team members accountable, along with a solid understanding of the National Electrical Code, is also needed. • Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical experience. • 2+ years leading or supporting technical teams in engineering, construction, or manufacturing. • 3‑5 years experience as a Master/Journeyman Electrician or Technical People Leader (preferred). • Hands‑on experience with electrical builds or systems and strong knowledge of NEC. • Demonstrated people‑leadership, mentoring, conflict resolution, and trust‑building skills. • Proven ability to set priorities, manage workloads, and hold team accountable for delivery and quality.
