About the Role
The Technology team seeks an IT Systems Administrator who will own day‑to‑day IT systems administration and provide high‑quality support to employees. The role combines hands‑on technical execution with thoughtful user support, ensuring secure, stable environments and serving as an escalation point for complex issues. • Administer and maintain Windows and macOS systems for stability and performance. • Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Google Workspace. • Perform system updates, patching, backups, and monitoring. • Resolve escalated support tickets and serve as technical escalation point. • Support employee onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, access management, and training. • Document issues, resolutions, and support procedures. • Install, configure, update, and maintain operating systems and business applications. • Manage software licenses, subscriptions, and compliance. • Support SaaS platforms and internal tools used across teams. • Maintain IT asset inventory and oversee device lifecycle management. • Apply endpoint protection, access controls, and account hygiene. • Assist with backups, disaster recovery planning, and incident response activities. • Identify security risks and recommend scalable improvements. • Create and maintain standard operating procedures and internal documentation. • Identify and implement IT process automation and reliability improvements. • Provide basic training on IT tools and best practices.

What You Bring
• 3+ years of IT support and system administration experience. • Experience supporting end users in a corporate environment. • Proficiency with Windows and/or macOS operating systems. • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS and VPNs. • Experience with software deployment, patching, and license management. • Familiarity with Google Workspace and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira). • Basic scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python, or Apps Script). • Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and commitment to documentation. • Clear communication and a customer‑focused mindset. • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote work environment.
