About the Role
The Leasing Consultant will manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property, including daily onsite attendance, showing units, processing applications, and maintaining leasing data. The role also supports resident retention programs, handles complaints, and contributes to office and common‑area upkeep. Compensation includes $18‑$19 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) match, and performance bonuses. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents, including qualifying and touring the community. • Conduct all leasing steps: schedule appointments, generate leads, maintain model units, and follow up. • Complete leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits, unit walkthroughs, and turnover processes. • Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve closing ratios, and exceed leasing goals. • Perform administrative tasks and support office, common area, and model unit upkeep. • Address resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction. • Assist in developing and executing resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Support the annual marketing plan, conduct market surveys, and compile weekly market reports. • Keep up‑to‑date on property features, competition, and market conditions. • Deliver excellent customer service and monitor service‑request response times. • Represent the community positively to achieve property objectives and public recognition. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor.

What You Bring
The position requires regular movement, lifting up to 25 lb, climbing ladders or stairs, and the ability to work overtime, weekends, nights, and in varied weather conditions. A high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations are required.
