About the Role

As a Sales Engineer you will develop and manage account portfolios, actively engage customers, and recommend suitable Building Management System (BMS) solutions. You will build strong relationships with contractors, consultants and end‑users while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver successful projects and drive business growth. • Engage customers to understand needs and identify Controls/BMS opportunities. • Generate sales leads via visits, networking, outreach and cold calls. • Promote BMS products to design institutes, industry associations and integrators. • Build and maintain strong relationships for long‑term engagement and high satisfaction. • Develop and execute annual secured‑order strategies to meet sales targets and growth goals. • Prepare tenders and proposals, negotiate and bid to secure profitable orders. • Track order progress and coordinate with cross‑functional teams. • Report monthly on secured orders, revenue and key non‑financial metrics. • Continuously deepen product, solution and industry knowledge. • Collect market intelligence and share insights for business decisions.

What You Bring
