About the Role
The Senior Facilities Manager oversees multiple facilities or an entire campus, supervising at least one Facilities Manager or Assistant Facilities Manager. This role is accountable for implementing policies, procedures, and programs that ensure well‑maintained buildings, address tenant concerns, uphold environmental health and safety, and meet quality standards, while serving as the primary liaison with the client. Key responsibilities include managing daily operations such as custodial, life‑safety, engineering, and general maintenance, ensuring staff adhere to Cushman & Wakefield policies and ownership directives. The manager also handles service contracts, conducts RFPs, performs financial reviews, and initiates audit and control systems to meet statutory and contractual commitments. The manager leads maintenance programs for both interior and exterior conditions, ensures prompt responses to tenant requests, and runs ongoing contract reviews to align with client and occupant needs. They prepare consolidated budget, financial, and expenditure reports, develop annual and quarterly forecasts, and contribute to five‑year capital improvement plans. Hiring, training, and evaluating facility staff fall under this role, as does fostering proactive employee relations and maintaining strong client relationships. What You Bring
Essential competencies include strong communication, technical proficiency, problem‑solving, customer focus, financial management, leadership, relationship and vendor management, multitasking, and teamwork. Qualifications require a bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration, and 8‑10 years of facility management experience with at least three years in a managerial capacity. Experience in leasing, construction, engineering, human‑resource processes, and preferably CMMS/Work Order systems is preferred. • Possess a bachelor's degree in a facilities‑related discipline and 8‑10 years of facility management experience, including 3+ years as a Facility Manager. • Demonstrated experience in leasing, construction, engineering, human‑resource processes, and CMMS/Work Order systems.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $102,000 to $120,000, with eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package covering health, vision, dental, retirement, life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, and paid or unpaid leave. Pay varies based on location, experience, collective bargaining status, and the company guarantees at least the minimum wage. • Eligible for comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, FSAs, HSAs, and paid/unpaid leave. • Competitive salary range $102,000‑$120,000, adjusted for location, experience, and collective bargaining status.
