The role involves overseeing land management across designated defence estates, coordinating vegetation control, firebreak maintenance, pest management, and ensuring compliance with environmental and defence standards while managing contractor performance. What You Bring
We are recruiting a permanent Land Management Supervisor for Wagga‑Blamey Barracks, starting January 2026, and welcome candidates from defence, industry, or any sector with transferable skills, emphasizing a respectful and empowered workplace. Ideal candidates will have experience in land management, horticulture or environmental services, strong leadership and team coordination abilities, knowledge of WHS and environmental compliance, and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Demonstrate experience in land management, horticulture, or environmental services. • Exhibit strong leadership and team coordination abilities. • Possess knowledge of WHS and environmental compliance requirements.
