The engineer will work collaboratively with a team of engineers, designers, various jurisdictions, and contractors, building internal and external professional relationships. • Conduct site development engineering and manage residential and commercial land development projects. • Perform research, cost estimating, permitting, and prepare bid packages and technical specifications. • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules while coordinating with clients, jurisdictions, and contractors. • Lead staff management and collaborate with engineers and designers to build professional relationships. • Manage task planning, concept design, and ensure quality standards throughout project lifecycles. • Build plan sets and construction documents for utilities, drainage, due‑diligence, and permitting.

The role involves site development engineering and project management for residential and commercial projects. Candidates need 5+ years of relevant engineering design experience and a Professional Engineering (P.E.) license or the ability to obtain one within 12 months. Required skills include site civil design, permitting, hydrology modeling, storm drainage programs, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D, as well as experience in task management, concept design, client coordination, and quality oversight. The role also demands the ability to build plan sets, construction documents, and design utilities, site layout, drainage, due diligence, and permitting. • Hold 5+ years of engineering design experience and possess (or obtain within 12 months) a Professional Engineering license. • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydrology modeling, storm drainage software, and utility/site layout design.
