About the Role

In this position you will sell Carrier’s full HVAC service portfolio, develop territory and account plans, and present at seminars to grow relationships and opportunities. You will use CRM tools to manage interactions, identify new service agreement and repair prospects, and negotiate renewals while consistently meeting sales targets. • Sell Carrier HVAC service products, including agreements, repairs, and modernizations. • Create and maintain sales territory and account plans. • Present at customer seminars to generate new and existing opportunities. • Promote Carrier’s value proposition aligned with customer objectives. • Use CRM to track interactions, activities, and pipeline opportunities. • Attract new customers and expand share with existing accounts. • Identify and pursue new service agreement opportunities with prospects and current customers. • Respond to and secure repair opportunities promptly. • Establish credibility through deep knowledge of Carrier products and solutions. • Build and sustain long‑term customer relationships. • Clearly articulate the value of Carrier offerings to meet customer needs. • Detect customer buying stage and adapt selling approach accordingly. • Deliver effective presentations and communications. • Prioritize high‑value opportunities to maximize sales impact. • Respond to customer requirements in a timely manner. • Secure bookings and orders within agreed timeframes. • Consistently achieve sales metrics and annual targets. • Negotiate service agreement renewals as needed. • Sell directly to end‑user customers and cross‑sell service agreements. • Encourage teammates to cross‑sell and upsell within their customer base. • Identify opportunities for preventative repair and upgrade packages.
