About the Role
In this senior leadership position you will set the vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for the company’s platform initiatives, overseeing scalable solutions that serve multiple products and business units. You will work closely with executive leadership, product management, engineering, and cross‑functional partners to drive alignment and deliver innovative platform capabilities that enable growth and operational excellence. • Define and own platform architecture in collaboration with Chief & Product Management to shape the product roadmap. • Establish reusable modules and design guides, maximizing component reuse and cost efficiency. • Scope new product development projects across all SKUs and support portfolio optimization throughout the product lifecycle. • Identify standardization opportunities in new and existing products to drive cost improvements. • Manage platform integrity, module life cycles, and maintain a library of component menus and technology roadmaps. • Lead platform cost planning, walk, and optimization in partnership with GSC, CGO, and DTV stakeholders. • Develop and enforce component NOD processes, global execution standards, and best‑practice training for engineering teams. • Oversee performance reporting, KPI analytics, and continuous improvement of platforming methods and tools. • Provide strategic leadership, influence cross‑functional consensus, and champion change management across global operations.

What You Bring
The role demands a seasoned professional with at least ten years of product management, engineering, or technology leadership experience, including five years in a leadership capacity, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. You must demonstrate strategic thinking, strong decision‑making, excellent communication, and the ability to inspire and lead global, cross‑functional teams through change. • Require 10+ years of product/engineering/platform experience, 5+ years in a leadership role, and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
