Preferred experience includes prior work in a prison or military environment, completion of a recognised apprenticeship or two years of relevant experience, and an IOSH qualification. • Proven facilities management experience. • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets. • Experience in prison or military settings (desirable). • Completed a recognised facilities/building services apprenticeship or two years relevant experience. • IOSH safety qualification (desirable). • Strong health and safety knowledge. • Excellent organisational, time‑management and people skills.
