About the Role

• Provide technical support to field sales by configuring solutions to match Himel specifications. • Specify products in key public tenders and manage the bidding process with China back‑office. • Monitor and initiate local certification processes in coordination with sales and China teams. • Conduct technical product comparisons between Himel and competitor brands. • Manage customer complaints and relay feedback to the factory. • Deliver technical training, seminars, and workshops to customers, end users, universities, and government offices.

What You Bring

We are looking for a candidate that can make a positive impact on our projects’ business in the Middle East and Africa. The Technical Support will support the Sales Team across these regions by establishing and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders in the public and private sectors, specifying our products in public tenders, and handling the bidding process in coordination with the back‑office in China. The role also includes organizing training and seminars for customers across different channels. The ideal candidate is an experienced technical expert with solid experience in the electrical market. • 3–5 years of technical or maintenance management experience. • Ability to read and interpret single‑line and wiring diagrams. • Knowledge of electrical components such as MCB, MCCB, ACB, contactors, and relays. • Flexible and responsive in a fast‑paced start‑up environment. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities. • Strategic, teamwork‑oriented, and quick execution mindset. • Result‑oriented with strong analytical and presentation skills. • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and meet commitments. • Engineering background in panel building, construction, design, or field testing. • Wide network of contacts in the electrical market. • Regional exposure to Middle East and Africa with understanding of market requirements. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. • Willingness to travel at least 30 % of working time. • Native Arabic speaker; fluent English; French is a plus. • Proficient in MS Office and 2D/3D CAD.
