About the Role

The Material Handler will provide shipping and warehousing expertise to support all areas of the Switchboard Team, including assembly, order picking, and shipping and receiving parts. The role emphasizes a strong adherence to quality, with continuous improvement of all functions and performance of quality checks as instructed. The incumbent will receive and process material kitting orders promptly to meet production schedules, complete inventory transactions accurately, and handle incoming raw materials following proper inventory procedures. Finished products will be prepared for final shipment, including packaging, documentation, loading, and ensuring on‑time delivery. Safe operation of warehouse equipment such as stand‑up and sit‑down forklifts, order pickers, automatic pallet wrappers, and pallet jacks is required, alongside teamwork with individuals and groups. • Provide shipping and warehousing support for assembly, order picking, and parts receiving. • Perform quality checks and seek continuous improvement in all functions. • Process material kitting orders promptly to meet production schedules. • Complete accurate inventory transactions and manage incoming raw materials. • Prepare finished products for shipment, including packaging, documentation, and loading. • Safely operate forklifts (stand‑up and sit‑down), order pickers, pallet wrappers, and pallet jacks.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least two years of warehouse experience in an industrial setting and a minimum of one year of forklift operation experience (stand‑up or sit‑down). Ability to squat, reach above the head, and physically operate a forklift is required, with reasonable accommodations considered.
