About the Role
The Regional Account Executive will own and expand a West‑Coast territory of multifamily and property‑maintenance technology accounts, managing the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to long‑term account growth. The role requires proactive prospecting, strong discovery conversations, and the ability to close multi‑stakeholder SaaS deals ranging from $40K to $80K ACV, with an emphasis on AI‑driven workflow solutions. • Own and grow a West‑Coast territory of Regional PMC accounts. • Manage the full sales cycle from self‑sourced discovery to close. • Lead discovery conversations to uncover operational, financial, and workflow pain points. • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, events, and referrals. • Execute upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts. • Accurately forecast and track deal progression using Salesforce, Gong, Notion, etc. • Represent HappyCo at industry events, field meetings, and regional trade shows. • Champion AI‑driven workflows that modernize multifamily operations.

What You Bring
Candidates should have at least two years of full‑cycle SaaS sales experience—preferably in proptech or operational software—and a proven track record of self‑generating pipeline, mapping stakeholders, and closing complex deals. Success in this role also demands a high sense of ownership, comfort with C‑suite conversations, and willingness to travel up to 30‑40 % for field selling and events. • 2+ years of full‑cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably in proptech or operational software. • Proven ability to self‑generate pipeline and map stakeholders in a territory‑based role. • Track record of closing complex deals with technical, operational, or C‑level buyers. • High ownership mindset and ability to travel 30‑40 % for field activities. • Bonus: experience selling to multifamily/property‑management companies and knowledge of maintenance workflows. • Bonus: familiarity with sales methodologies such as Winning By Design, Sandler, or SPIN.
