About the Role
In this role the designer executes the strategic vision for property marketing collateral, producing brochures, offering memorandums, email blasts, BOVs, presentations, and other graphics. They also develop logos and brand styles that convey a strong visual identity, ensure timely, high‑quality output under tight deadlines, and oversee creative production and quality control while presenting concepts to internal stakeholders. Administrative duties include coordinating client and prospect meetings, handling travel arrangements, and managing printing, courier services, and invoice processing. The designer tracks expense reports, prepares draft deal documents, and organizes transition paperwork such as confidentiality agreements and leases. • Design property brochures, offering memorandums, email blasts, BOVs, presentations, and other graphics. • Create impactful logos and brand styles that reflect each property’s visual identity. • Deliver high‑quality design work quickly, managing production and quality control. • Present design concepts to fee‑earners and marketing specialists, explaining creative rationale. • Share design best practices, monitor trends, and foster team creativity. • Coordinate client and prospect meetings, including logistics and travel arrangements. • Manage printing, courier services, and invoice processing for marketing materials. • Track and submit expense reports, following up on reimbursements. • Prepare draft deal documents and organize transition paperwork such as confidentiality agreements, leases, and contracts.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and have 3‑4 years of professional graphic design experience, with an advanced skill set in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
