About the Role

The engineer will collaborate with staff at all levels and work closely with the integrated construction team, leveraging BIM/VDC technology to advance project design. • Provide recommendations to programming and conceptual design, ensuring constructability and logistics solutions. • Coordinate with the integrated construction team to incorporate BIM/VDC modeling into the design phase. • Assist with project proposal development. • Prepare bid packages and contract manuals for subcontractors and suppliers alongside the project planning team. • Analyze and track LEED requirements. • Coordinate document and electronic interface processing. • Identify and resolve technical design and specification concerns. • Model and set the tone for extraordinary customer relations. • Gather feedback and clarification during the design process and identify future projects.
