About the Role
The Mechanical Design Specialist (Revit/BIM) role supports a specific discipline under the guidance of an architect, engineer, or other technical professional. The specialist contributes to the digital delivery of designs by developing and maintaining the discipline model and related documentation. • Work under direct supervision of an architect, engineer, or technical professional. • Assist in developing the discipline model based on input from digital design, architectural, or engineering staff. • Create and manage the discipline model, systems, and content for digital delivery. • Accurately model BIM elements using current 3‑D software while adhering to modeling constraints. • Prepare detailed Revit drawings, layouts, and diagrams of the design. • Maintain model data such as coordinates, scales, orientations, scope boundaries, match‑lines, views, and sheets. • Produce discipline‑specific documentation with precise annotations.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a technical degree or have at least three years of relevant industry experience, and be proficient with 3‑D design software, document management, and Microsoft Office tools. Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a solid grasp of engineering or architectural concepts are essential. • Technical degree or minimum of three years related industry experience. • Proficiency with 3‑D design software and document management infrastructure. • Competency in Microsoft Office and communication tools. • Experience using 3‑D coordination tools. • Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and solid organizational traits. • Intermediate understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.
