What You Bring
The Master Scheduler role offers a broad scope, focusing on autonomous planning and scheduling expertise with the ability to deliver detailed, outcome‑focused schedules independently. You will provide technical, professional, and policy advice to support strategic planning and program management, and drive the development of individual schedules that feed into an integrated master schedule. Proactive stakeholder engagement and responsiveness are essential to meet program objectives. Strong verbal and written communication, initiative, and problem‑solving skills are required in this complex scheduling environment. Successful candidates will have proven experience developing, maintaining, and managing Integrated Master Schedules for complex defence programmes. Proficiency in Open Plan Professional (OPP) version 8 or higher and deep knowledge of defence scheduling practices are required. You must be able to liaise with multiple stakeholders and functional teams to ensure schedule integrity, and possess a comprehensive understanding of the One Defence Capability System and the CASG environment. A current Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) security clearance and experience delivering acquisition and government schedules are mandatory. • Deliver clear written and verbal communication in complex environments. • Apply knowledge of One Defence Capability System and CASG processes.
