Industrial Maintenance Technician - C (Days)
Repair and maintain polymer center equipment under supervision.

About the Role
• Diagnose mechanical problems using diagnostic software and technical manuals. • Repair and maintain conveyors, screens, reducers, balers, optical sorting units, air drum separators, compactors, magnets, dust collectors, metering bins, ballistic separators, de‑labelers, de‑wiring equipment, grinders/granulators, PET wash line equipment, and bulk material handling systems. • Replace or overhaul machine components and worn parts according to work orders. • Complete field service reports and daily consumables logs in the work order system. • Communicate with lead technicians, supervisors, and equipment operators to clarify issues. • Assist with troubleshooting and maintenance of complex electromechanical equipment. • Perform preventative maintenance following standard schedules. • Maintain, repair, and install plumbing, electrical, HVAC, odor, and negative‑pressure systems as needed. • Follow all safety policies and procedures.

What You Bring
The Polymer Center Technician C works under direct supervision of lead technicians, supervisors, or a maintenance manager to repair and maintain sorting, grinding, and washing equipment, ensuring safe and productive operations. The role requires basic knowledge of industrial equipment and the ability to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. • Welding and/or fabrication skills. • PLC programming experience. • Valid driver’s license. • Mechanical, electrical, or trade school certification.
