About the Role

The role supports the full contract lifecycle, reviewing and analyzing commercial agreements such as NDAs, purchase orders, vendor and licensing contracts under supervision. You will apply contract playbooks and guidelines, identify and escalate non‑standard terms, coordinate with procurement, finance and business units, and support the approval workflow while maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will help improve contract templates, learn and use CLM tools and Microsoft Office applications, and participate in training and mentoring junior team members. • Review and analyze commercial contracts including NDAs, purchase orders, vendor and licensing agreements. • Apply contract playbooks and guidelines to ensure consistent, compliant reviews. • Identify and flag non‑standard terms and risks, escalating them as needed. • Coordinate with procurement, finance, and business units to align contract terms with objectives. • Support contract approval workflows and maintain accurate review records. • Contribute to the improvement of contract templates and playbooks. • Utilize CLM tools (e.g., Icertis, Conga, Agiloft, DocuSign) and Microsoft Office for contract management. • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Contract Specialist to join our legal team, preferably with 3–6 years of post‑qualification experience in contract review and negotiation from a law firm or in‑house department. Candidates must hold an LL.B. or equivalent legal qualification from a recognized university and have 3–6 years of relevant experience. A solid understanding of contract law, commercial legal principles, and experience with contract playbooks, approval workflows, and contract management systems is preferred. Familiarity with CLM platforms such as Icertis, Conga, Agiloft, or DocuSign, strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required. • Hold an LL.B. or equivalent legal qualification from a recognized university. • Possess 3–6 years of post‑qualification experience in contract review and negotiation. • Demonstrate strong understanding of contract law and commercial legal principles. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
