About the Role

In this position you will work at a Home Depot store as a sales specialist focused on professional painting contractors. You will build relationships with local pros, assist them when they visit the store, mix and tint paint, provide necessary tools, and ensure a quick, seamless checkout so they can return to their jobs promptly. • Provide personalized service to professional painting contractors at Home Depot. • Build and maintain relationships with local pros, understanding their business needs. • Mix, tint, and supply paint and tools, ensuring quick checkout for contractors. • Enter new leads and contacts into Salesforce CRM. • Collaborate closely with Behr outside sales reps and Home Depot staff.

What You Bring

The Pro Paint Specialist role requires an approachable, organized individual who enjoys helping customers. Basic computer skills are needed to use the company’s customer management software, and an outgoing personality with a positive attitude helps initiate conversations. No prior paint or sales experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. Key requirements include an outgoing personality, the ability to collaborate with both Behr outside sales representatives and Home Depot staff, and basic computer proficiency for entering leads into Salesforce.
