About the Role

• Manage all phases of project development, from pre‑development through occupancy, including quality control, staffing, and budgeting. • Communicate and partner effectively with consultants, brokers, vendors, design professionals, and contractors. • Interface with clients to define project requirements and expectations. • Establish project work plans, set deadlines, and track progress against goals, timelines, and budgets. • Create persuasive presentations that align with project objectives. • Monitor expenses to ensure adherence to prescribed budgets and generate status reports. • Provide direction and leadership to the project team, facilitating client meetings and collaboration. • Collaborate with functional areas, contractors, consultants, internal teams, external partners, customers, and suppliers. • Deliver effective, persuasive presentations to employees, clients, top management, and public groups.

What You Bring

Candidates should have about five years of experience in general or site contracting, civil engineering, or consulting, and be proficient in the real‑estate development process—including site selection, zoning, geotechnical and environmental evaluation, budgeting, scheduling, and construction documentation. • Hold a bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and a minimum of five years of related experience or training. • Demonstrate ability to analyze and interpret complex business and construction documents. • Exhibit strong written communication skills for reports, manuals, speeches, and articles. • Motivate and negotiate successfully with employees and client groups to achieve desired actions. • Apply in‑depth knowledge of financial terms, budgeting, and forecasting to project planning.
