What You Bring
LiRo‑Hill is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee OGS construction projects at Sing Sing Correctional Facility. The role demands strong field management, client communication, and experience across multiple project phases. • Require 8+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in public‑sector projects such as universities, hospitals, or correctional facilities. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field. • Possess strong knowledge of contracts, construction documents, and public procurement processes. • Proficient with scheduling and project management tools (e.g., Primavera, Bluebeam). • OSHA 30 certification required. • Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and client‑facing skills.
