About the Role
As a Training Coordinator, you will provide support for marketing, training, and all facility services. You'll work closely with the Training Director, Marketing Director, Marketing Coordinator, Team Leaders, Training Specialists, and other coordinators to promote a cohesive student, customer, and visitor experience. You will be responsible for coordinating training logistics, maintaining the training calendar and instructor schedules, handling order processing and billing, and overseeing the maintenance and certification of training equipment. • Coordinate logistics and catering for internal and external training sessions. • Maintain the training calendar and schedule for all instructors. • Perform order reconciliation, billing, and purchase order management in Oracle. • Enter orders, process customer requests, and handle product inquiries in Vista. • Process credit‑card transactions and create new customer profiles in Orbital Virtual Terminal. • Process check requests. • Oversee maintenance, calibration, setup, and cleaning of training and facility equipment. • Issue training certificates to class attendees.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least five years of coordinator experience, a high school diploma or GED (a bachelor's degree is preferred), and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams. Physical requirements include lifting and setting up equipment up to 40 pounds, and certification to operate a forklift or pallet jack may be required. Applicants should reside within 50 miles of Franklin, PA, unless exempt as active‑duty military. • Minimum five years of coordinator experience. • High school diploma/GED required; bachelor's degree preferred. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams. • Ability to lift, move, and set up equipment up to 40 lb. • Certification to operate forklift, pallet jack, and other tools as required. • Residence within 50 mi of Franklin, PA (active‑duty military exemption).
