About the Role
The Community Manager oversees all on‑site operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager, managing personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administrative and risk‑management functions. • Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate on‑site staff while ensuring compliance with company policies. • Develop and manage yearly operating budgets, monitor rent collections, vendor invoices, and produce accurate financial closeout reports. • Create and execute annual marketing plans, lead leasing activities, address resident concerns, and implement retention programs. • Oversee accurate administrative and leasing reporting, lead emergency response efforts, and ensure timely maintenance service and property inspections. • Maintain reliable transportation to fulfill on‑call emergency responsibilities.

What You Bring
• Require high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) with 1‑4 years housing experience; CAM or ARM certification and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA preferred. • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lb, use ladders, work overtime or emergencies, and operate vehicles or power tools in varied conditions.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $95,000 annually and includes a comprehensive total‑rewards package with medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) matching, paid sick days, holidays, and performance‑based bonuses.
