About the Role
In this role you will provide superior on‑site customer service and manage maintenance vendors in line with JLL’s vendor management guidelines. You will ensure health, safety and security compliance for staff, contractors and visitors, escort vendors in a high‑security environment, and review contractor permits and Safe Work Method Statements before work begins. Coordination of maintenance activities, efficient completion of work requests, site inspections and continuous improvement of operational standards are also key responsibilities. • Deliver superior on‑site customer service and meet client expectations. • Manage maintenance vendors according to JLL’s vendor guidelines and escort them in a high‑security environment. • Ensure health, safety and security compliance for staff, contractors and visitors; review permits and SWMS before work. • Coordinate maintenance activities, complete work requests efficiently, and conduct site inspections. • Support management, operations, and financial audits related to facilities. • Provide strong customer service with a can‑do attitude and fluent English communication. • Solve complex problems, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate demonstrates very strong customer service abilities, a can‑do attitude and fluency in English. You should be able to cooperate with others, interact confidently with all client levels including senior stakeholders, and focus on meeting performance targets. Problem‑solving, independent work, prioritisation of operational tasks, quick learning of company software, and physical capability for heavy lifting and ladder work are essential, with basic business finance knowledge considered an advantage. • Perform physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting and ladder work; basic business finance knowledge is a plus.
