About the Role
The Project Manager leads Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end‑to‑end service delivery, and provides support on major commissions by handling specific aspects of delivery. The role ensures client objectives are met, delivering projects on time, within cost targets and to appropriate quality standards. • Establish overall success criteria (time, cost, technical, performance). • Communicate quality, safety, health, and environment issues to the line manager. • Set up project governance, processes and systems. • Develop detailed project plan. • Advise on resource procurement. • Lead and facilitate cross‑functional project team. • Apply performance management techniques. • Manage change control process. • Monitor and advise on project finances. • Manage flow of information between team and client via meetings and written communications. • Prepare formal progress reports. • Interface with client and consultants at all project stages. • Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and report them. • Assist in preparing bid documentation. • Keep project case studies, photographs and CV files up to date. • Identify cross‑divisional opportunities aligned with the 2+2=5 philosophy. • Contribute knowledge to internal database (knowledge management). • Ensure prompt client invoicing and monitor financial status using TIC Sheets. • Propose internal process improvements.

What You Bring
A B.E/B.Tech in Civil engineering is required, with a postgraduate qualification considered an advantage. Candidates need at least 15 years of post‑qualification experience in a construction consultancy in India, strong technical skills and excellent verbal and written English.
