About the Role

We are seeking a Front Desk Clerk for the Cancun Resort in Las Vegas. In this role you will ensure every interaction with owners and guests is positive and memorable from arrival to departure. You will work closely with teammates to deliver exceptional service and maintain front‑desk operations. • Check‑in and check‑out owners and guests • Respond to guests’ requests • Assist guests with reservations or changes • Generate invoices and collect payments • Maintain safety deposit boxes • Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests and coordinate with appropriate departments • Collaborate with coworkers to complete checklists and daily duties • Prepare and restock front‑desk supplies

What You Bring
