About the Role
The role is a six‑month apprenticeship designed to kick‑start a career. The apprentice will execute assignments, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely, quality deliverables. The apprentice will roll out new initiatives such as tracking client activity, augmenting supply and demand data, and building a centralized data platform for analytics, including dashboards. They will maintain a repository of past and present data, collect and analyze client, competition, and portfolio information, and support digital transformation efforts. Additional responsibilities include sophisticated analysis of client portfolios, monitoring commercial real‑estate market trends, and advancing relevant technologies. • Execute assignments and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to deliver on time. • Roll out initiatives such as client activity tracking, supply‑and‑demand data augmentation, and a centralized analytics platform. • Create and maintain dashboards and a repository of historical and current data. • Collect, analyze, and report on client, competition, and portfolio data to support digital transformation. • Produce sophisticated analyses for client portfolio tracking and review. • Monitor commercial real‑estate market trends, including demand, supply, vacancy, and occupier movements. • Identify and implement technology advancements related to data and analytics responsibilities.
