About the Role

The company is hiring a Relief Plant Supervisor for its concrete operations at West Drayton. The role supports safe, efficient production, maintains high site presentation standards and delivers excellent customer service. The supervisor will operate the batching plant and mobile plant equipment while keeping the site clean and organized. The position requires collaboration with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations, prompt issue resolution and a compliant working environment. The supervisor will represent the business professionally at all times, contributing to operational reliability. • Operate the concrete batching plant and front‑end loader safely and efficiently following company policies. • Accurately batch concrete and mortar once trained, ensuring approved material stock to avoid disruption. • Perform regular inspections and routine maintenance on plant equipment and facilities. • Maintain a clean, tidy site and ensure high standards of presentation at all times. • Deliver excellent customer service to visitors and drivers, creating a positive first impression. • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve operational issues promptly and promote a safe, compliant work environment. • Communicate effectively and commit to delivering outstanding customer service. • Access family‑friendly policies covering maternity, paternity, adoption, IVF, neonatal care and menopause support.

What You Bring

Candidates should have experience in concrete operations, ready‑mix, batching, quarrying or a similar environment, and be able to operate mobile plant machinery such as front‑end loaders (training provided if needed).
