What You Bring

As a Skilled Laborer/Groundman you will support all phases of utility construction on various telecom projects, performing manual tasks such as digging trenches, unloading building materials, preparing job sites with hand tools, transporting heavy equipment, building and maintaining aerial and underground cable systems, and troubleshooting field problems while learning to use additional tools and equipment. The ideal candidate prioritizes safety, has a proven record of high‑quality work, enjoys hands‑on problem solving, seeks long‑term project involvement, works well outdoors with a team, holds a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record, and wants to learn telecom construction trades like coax and fiber splicing or directional drilling. • Demonstrate strong safety habits and high‑quality workmanship. • Possess a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record. • Desire to learn telecom trades such as coax/fiber splicing and directional drilling.
