About the Role

The Project Coordinator (Hotel Project) is responsible for planning, scheduling, and tracking construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with contract and client requirements. The role involves translating project scope into actionable tasks and timelines, and preparing detailed progress reports. Prior experience with hospital projects and hospitality or social infrastructure construction is required. Based in Chikkamaglur/Hubli/Hampi, the coordinator will gather requirements, develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures (WBS) using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, and create integrated L2/L3/L4 schedules. They will update and re‑baseline schedules, highlight the critical path, and generate critical path reports while supervising project execution and tracking time, cost, and progress. The role includes monitoring project milestones, providing regular status reports, identifying risks and delays, and developing mitigation strategies. Responsibilities also cover resolving cross‑functional issues, resource planning and control, productivity analysis, and coordination with construction managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to address inter‑dependency issues. The coordinator will prepare 30‑, 60‑, and 90‑day look‑ahead plans, senior‑management presentations, and various analytical reports such as delay analysis, catch‑up plans, S‑curves, milestone reporting, and risk logs. Additional tasks involve resource loading, leveling, schedule crashing, and fast‑tracking as required. • Plan, schedule, and track construction projects using Primavera P6 or MS Project. • Develop work breakdown structures and integrated L2/L3/L4 schedules. • Update and re‑baseline schedules, highlight critical paths, and generate critical path reports. • Monitor milestones, produce status updates, and prepare S‑curve and delay analysis reports. • Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and maintain risk logs. • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and resolve cross‑functional issues. • Prepare 30/60/90‑day look‑ahead plans and senior‑management presentations. • Perform resource loading, leveling, and productivity analysis. • Execute schedule crashing and fast‑tracking when needed.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a postgraduate degree in Construction Management with Civil Engineering or Architecture, have similar construction industry experience, and be proficient with MS Project or Primavera.
