About the Role
The Concierge leads the front‑desk team, setting new standards for luxury apartment living. Responsibilities include welcoming prospects and residents, monitoring foot traffic, delivering exceptional customer service, and coordinating with leasing and maintenance to ensure smooth move‑in, move‑out, and daily experiences. • Tackle new problems and see them through to completion, demonstrating care and attention for residents. • Remain patient and poised under pressure, delivering excellent service to residents, vendors, and prospects. • Keep organized records of phone messages, packages, and maintenance requests, escalating as needed.

What You Bring
• Communicate clearly in person and over the phone, providing information, direction, and quality conversations. • Manage time effectively, juggling multiple tasks and urgent requests while staying composed and positive. • Hold a high school diploma or GED. • Possess at least one year of experience in hospitality, retail, or restaurant settings preferred. • Proficient with administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Able to walk the property and handle packages or deliveries.
