About the Role
The role supports the Transport Team by overseeing cab operations, ensuring driver compliance, handling incidents, and providing administrative and reporting support. • Monitor cab availability. • Ensure on-time departure of pickup and drop‑off cabs. • Manage cab/driver compliance and conduct driver briefings. • Process invoicing and share transport‑related reports. • Close escalations (emails, SR#, calls) promptly. • Handle transportation incidents. • Provide administrative support and direction to the Transport Team. • Deliver MIS reports on schedule.
