About the Role

The Project Manager will oversee the financial health of projects, lead EPC contract negotiations, manage vendor procurement and major subsupplier bids, develop and maintain financial and equipment forecasts, allocate costs in the financial system, and handle invoicing and billing. They will also manage subcontracts, budgets, change orders, and provide guidance to Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, including timecard approval and performance feedback. • Oversee project financials, including budgeting, cost allocation, invoicing, and monthly owner billing. • Lead EPC contract negotiations, technical exhibit development, and schedule coordination. • Manage vendor procurement, bid evaluation, and award of major subs and suppliers. • Supervise subcontracts, change orders, and trade partner selection. • Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers; approve timecards and provide feedback.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management (or equivalent experience) and have at least six years of relevant experience, preferably with utility‑scale solar, self‑perform, commercial construction, renewable energy development, EPC contracting, or emerging technologies. Required skills include detailed project organization, basic construction law knowledge, intermediate Microsoft Office and project software proficiency, strong customer service, and the ability to travel 100% with a valid driver’s license. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management (or equivalent experience). • Minimum six years of relevant project management experience; utility‑scale solar or self‑perform background preferred. • Proficient with Microsoft Office, project software, and basic construction law concepts. • Strong customer service, communication, and ability to travel 100% with a valid driver’s license.
