About the Role

In this position you will promote and sell our Vacation Introductory Program, manage program agreements, deliver guest presentations, and collect feedback on Hilton VIP offerings. You will also be expected to meet performance metrics, resolve complex service issues, and thrive in a fast‑moving environment. • Educate guests on Vacation Introductory Packages • Sell vacation program agreements per company guidelines • Conduct guest presentations and product surveys • Achieve and maintain role performance metrics • Resolve advanced customer service issues

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or GED, has at least five years of customer‑service experience and one to three years of sales experience (three‑plus years preferred), and can work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays. An active real‑estate license and prior vacation‑ownership experience are advantageous.
