About the Role
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily plant operations at our Wheatland, PA facility. The role involves ensuring safety and quality standards, driving efficiency and productivity, and influencing continuous‑improvement initiatives. The supervisor will work closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to coordinate efforts and meet production goals in a fast‑paced, onsite environment. • Leads and promotes healthy and safe work practices in compliance with regulatory and company standards • Performs quality checks on sites and equipment to ensure standards are met • Develops and manages work schedules to achieve daily and long-term production goals • Delegates responsibilities and monitors team member performance • Provides training, cross-training, evaluations, and corrective actions when necessary • Oversees inventory accuracy by monitoring cycle counts • Generates and reviews operational reports to ensure shift continuity and address issues • Identifies and escalates maintenance needs to reduce downtime • Collaborates with the Quality Department to maintain and improve site quality standards • Develops and implements plans to meet or exceed plant objectives • Documents and follows up on injuries and corrective safety measures • Manages all aspects of team performance including hiring, coaching, and performance reviews • Maintains regular, full-time predictable onsite attendance

What You Bring
Successful candidates will bring at least three years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings, an associate degree focused on management, and familiarity with MES, SAP or comparable shop‑floor systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, strong decision‑making, conflict‑resolution and leadership abilities, as well as excellent time‑management and communication skills are essential. • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment • Associate degree with an emphasis on management or supervision • Working knowledge of MES, SAP, or other shop floor platforms • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel • Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and leadership skills • Excellent time management and communication abilities • Ability to foster teamwork and influence positive working relationships
