About the Role

Property managers work independently at multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs and recommending solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies. They conduct daily storage unit inspections, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and keep customers current on payments by making reminder and collection calls as needed. The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 pounds and to walk around facilities, spending up to 50% of the time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Responsibilities also include cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal. • Manage multiple locations independently, assess customer needs, and sell packing/moving supplies. • Perform daily unit inspections, cash drawer audits, bank deposits, and payment collection calls.
