About the Role

The selected engineer will handle site development engineering and project management for a variety of land‑development projects, completing civil designs, permitting, and bid packages using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and storm‑drainage software, as well as hydrology modeling tools. Additional duties include research, coordination, staff management, cost estimating, land‑disturbance permitting, and preparation of technical specifications, while receiving on‑the‑job training, mentorship, and exposure to plan production, project financials, and client interactions. • Perform site development engineering and project management for land‑development projects. • Create civil designs, permitting documents, and bid packages using AutoCAD Civil 3D and storm‑drainage software. • Conduct hydrology modeling and storm‑drainage analysis. • Coordinate research, cost estimating, and staff management activities. • Provide technical specifications and support client interactions.
