About the Role
Project Managers at Turner & Townsend handle commissions ranging from £1 m to £10 m, with larger sizes when supporting major projects. The main purpose is to lead or support Project Management commissions, ensuring client objectives are met, delivering on time, cost and quality, and assisting clients in transitioning to Net Zero. • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of construction infrastructure projects, ensuring time, cost and quality targets are met. • Support major Project Management commissions, handling specific aspects of service delivery. • Assist clients in transitioning to Net Zero and improving sustainability. • Manage contracts under NEC, JCT or FIDIC frameworks. • Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders and present project information. • Apply CDM and site health & safety knowledge within NEC contracts. • Maintain UK MoD Security Clearance (SC) as a sole UK national.

What You Bring
We are seeking Project Managers for our expanding Bristol Defence Infrastructure business to support construction infrastructure projects and programmes across the South/South West and nationally. The role suits candidates with Defence, Rail, Water/Utilities or Highways experience and preferably NEC accreditation. Candidates must be a sole UK national able to achieve and maintain UK MoD Security Clearance (SC) due to the sensitive nature of the projects. Minimum five years’ experience with NEC contracts is required, along with expertise in NEC/JCT/FIDIC contract administration, strong communication skills, self‑motivation and strategic problem‑solving, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders within NEC frameworks. Knowledge of CDM/site health and safety as it relates to NEC contracts is essential. A degree in an infrastructure or construction‑related subject is required, with chartered membership (ICE, APM, RICS) preferred. • Minimum five years’ experience in Defence, Rail, Water/Utilities or Highways project management. • Hold a degree in infrastructure or construction; chartered membership (ICE, APM, RICS) preferred.
