About the Role
An Industrial Pipe Fitter assembles, lays out, installs, and maintains pipe systems. This work supports industrial construction and plant operations. Although the role has no formal direct reports, the fitter will occasionally supervise helpers and laborers, holding positional and expertise authority over them. • Perform full pipe‑fitting cycle: identify tools and safety risks, fabricate, install, fit, support, install valves/flanges, test, and rig loads. • Maintain a standard toolbox with required hand, measurement, and rigging tools and personal protective equipment.

What You Bring
The position does not require computer use. Candidates must pass a background check, drug screen, and pre‑employment physical, and complete required safety and orientation training such as audio safety, pulmonary function testing, and site‑specific instruction. • 4+ years experience as an industrial pipe fitter and NCCER certification. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, technical manuals, and construction drawings. • Proven experience on industrial construction/maintenance projects, including combined‑cycle power plant piping. • Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills; ability to work independently. • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lb, work at heights up to 300 ft, and endure up to 12‑hour shifts in all weather conditions while wearing PPE.
