In this customer-centric role you will use exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to retain and convert callers from media advertising or partner referrals into appointments for the outside sales team. You will follow up on all prospects until they select a partner, leveraging quality training, abundant leads, and strong support to persuade callers to become customers. Your success will contribute to the company’s continued growth driven by its marketing efforts. • Multitask effectively and communicate excellently in writing and orally • Customer‑centric mentality and passion for the customer • Minimum 2 years extensive inbound phone or call‑center experience (preferred) • Willingness to work nights and weekends • Effective listening with high empathy to solve problems • Ability to probe and accurately identify customer needs/concerns • Proven track record of building relationships over the phone • 2+ years sales‑driven customer service experience • Bilingual Spanish/English communication highly preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Adept with technology • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment • Strong commitment to compliance and doing the right thing

Benefits
