About the Role

The role includes directing maintenance and facility support activities, leading the “Safety First” program, managing customer relationships, developing staff, handling staffing and policy enforcement, preparing budgets, controlling costs, and maintaining profit‑and‑loss accountability. The manager will also ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and uphold company and client policies. • Lead and coordinate all maintenance and facility support activities, including safety program leadership. • Manage customer relations, employee development, staffing, and policy enforcement. • Prepare budgets, control costs, and assume profit‑and‑loss responsibility for the account. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company/customer policies. • Oversee all salaried and hourly personnel at the account, providing guidance and performance oversight. • Maintain and improve preventive, predictive, and reliability maintenance of conveyor systems. • Supply supplemental medical options, commuter benefits, HSA/FSA, and various insurance protections (auto, home, legal, identity theft, pet).

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management or a related field, and possess at least five years of maintenance management experience, including supervision, planning, scheduling, and estimating. Reliability experience, active membership in professional organizations (e.g., SMRP, IFMA, BOMA), and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project are strongly preferred. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management or related field. • Bring at least five years of maintenance management experience, preferably with reliability expertise. • Possess active membership and participation in professional organizations such as SMRP, IFMA, or BOMA. • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
